About

I believe that health and fitness should be available to everybody, regardless of current fitness status or difficult experiences with exercise in the past. Bringing empathy, humor, and strong communication skills to my sessions, I hope to assist clients in feeling empowered to take charge of their health and wellness.


My workout programs generally focus on functional strength and fitness, with an emphasis on good form and integrated movement. I also incorporate my experience with dance and yoga into the gym setting (but I don't make anyone dance!). I frequently work with older adults seeking to maintain or improve strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance (more info here).

I enjoy working with people who are new to fitness, or have historically avoided exercise due to "PE trauma" from childhood. If you were last picked in gym, I'd love to have you on my team!

I work out of a training studio located in Rose City Park (just east of the Hollywood District).  All sessions are private, there are no other people in the studio.

​

My pronouns are she/her. I am up-to-date on the Covid vaccine and boosters. I follow Oregon Health Authority guidelines on masking and other Covid mitigation protocols.

One-on-one personal training: $60 per hour

Buddy training: $30 per person for 2 people; $20 per person for 3 people

 

Looking for an efficient and cost effective way to work out? 30 Minute Training, a mix of traditional strength training and circuits, can help you reach your goals!

30 minute personal training: $30 per session

30 minute personal training package: $125 for 5 sessions
